Reformer Group Classes Monday to Saturday daytime and evening
There are a maximum of three clients in these classes. Reformers and Tower based equipment are used in these classes as well as a few mat based warm up exercises. The classes are Levelled as Level 1 and Level 2. Clients follow a group programme led by the teacher with some adjustments for spring strengths and modifications and progressions where appropriate. This class requires you to be able to adjust and lift equipment and is not suitable for those with injuries or chronic conditions.

1:1 and 2:1 Pilates Monday to Saturday daytime and evening
Personalised programmes are worked through based on the individuals needs. Wether you have a Chronic conditiion or injury or for athletic training. Reformers and Tower based equipment are used as well as mat based exercises.

Rehab Pilates Monday to Saturday daytime and evening
Clinical classes for rehabilitation guided by a Pain Free Movement Specialist and personalised for individual recovery needs. These classes are on a 1:1 basis.

Beginner Pilates - Tuesdays at 6.15pm
A maximum of twelve clients in these classes. Focused on Pilates foundation movements and techniques to prepare you to join any group classes or Reformer/Studio class.

Well Being & Healthy Backs - Mondays at 6.15pm
A Level 1 and 2 group class with a maximum of 12 people. Mat based exercises augmented with equipment with a focus on Well Being and Healthy Backs.

Strength & Flexibility Wednesday and Saturday at 9.15am and Thursdays at 6.15pm
A Level 2 and 3 group class with a maximum of 12 people. Mat based exercises augmented with equipment with a focus on Strength and Flexibility.
Dedicated Studio
The Jo Ellsion Pilates Studio is located in the amazing space of JV H.o.m.e in Ashford, Kent.
With a large, bright and airy studio space for group mat classes plus a dedicated room equipped with Reformers, Towers, Wunda Chair, Stability Balls, Foam Rollers, weights and bands for smaller and 1:1 classes.
Previously located at The Partnership Ashford for the last ten years, in early 2023 Jo was offered the opportunity to move to this modern purpose built facility.
