Pilates Classes

  • Woman doing beginner pilates

Beginner Pilates Group Class - Tuesdays at 6.15pm

Our Beginners Pilates classes are the perfect place to start if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break. These sessions focus on learning the fundamental principles, building confidence, and developing strength and mobility in a supportive, relaxed environment.

Classes are mat-based and may include the use of small props to help you better understand the exercises and support good movement patterns. The pace is slower, with clear explanations and plenty of time to settle into each exercise.

You’ll follow a teacher-led group programme, with guidance and options offered throughout so you can move comfortably and safely as you learn. No prior Pilates experience is required.

These classes are suitable for beginners and those easing back into movement. If you have an injury, are managing a chronic condition, or are unsure whether this class is right for you, please get in touch before booking so we can advise you appropriately.

    Pricing

    Single class: £14

    Class Bundle (4 classes): £52 / £13

If you’re unsure whether this is the right starting point, we’re always happy to help you choose the best class for you.

  • Women doing pilates for strength

Pilates Matwork Classes - Mondays and Thursdays at 6.15pm Wednesday and Saturday at 9.15am

Our Group Matwork Pilates classes are a supportive and energising way to build strength, mobility, and body awareness in a small group setting. These sessions are primarily mat-based and frequently incorporate small props such as balls, bands, and blocks to add variety, challenge, and support.

Classes follow a structured programme led by the teacher. While the class flows together as a group, options are given to help you modify or progress exercises where appropriate.

These classes move at a steady pace and are best suited to clients who are generally injury-free and comfortable working in a group environment. If you have an injury or chronic condition, we recommend getting in touch before booking so we can advise on the most suitable option for you.

    Pricing

    Single class: £14

    Class Bundle (4 classes): £52 / £13

If you’re unsure which class is right for you, we’re always happy to help guide you before booking.

  • Woman on a pilates reformer machine

Reformer Group Classes Monday to Saturday daytime and evening

Small Group Reformer & Tower Classes

Our Small Group Reformer & Tower classes offer a focused, semi-private experience with a maximum of three clients per class. This small setting allows you to enjoy the energy of a group while still receiving plenty of individual attention.

Classes use a combination of Reformer and Tower–based equipment, with a short mat-based warm-up to get you moving and prepared for the session ahead.

You’ll follow a structured group programme led by the teacher, with personalised adjustments to spring strengths, along with modifications or progressions where appropriate.

Because these sessions involve adjusting and lifting equipment, they are best suited to clients who are injury-free and comfortable managing the apparatus independently. For safety reasons, these classes are not suitable for those with injuries or chronic conditions.

    Pricing

    Single class: £28

    Class Bundle(4 classes): £104 (£26)

If you’re unsure which class is right for you, we’re always happy to help guide you before booking
